Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Build and preview your website without signing up, then save it with just your email. The Free plan never asks for a card.
Can I really publish on the Free plan?
Yes. Your website goes live at yourname.fairola.site once you've confirmed your business. Upgrade when you want your own domain.
How do the payment fees work?
Online payments go through Stripe. Stripe charges its standard card fees (see stripe.com/au/pricing), and Fairola adds the platform fee for your plan. Bookings paid on the day don't attract any Fairola fee.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your dashboard. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your website stays online.
Who owns my website content?
You do. See our terms of service for the details.
